Inside, we use a halogen element inside a quartz tube. Quartz handles rapid heating and cooling cycles like a champ, and it transmits shortwave infrared really well. The halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so you get consistent output over time. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a practical, industrial-grade choice. It handles high current, locks in place, and gives you a solid, repeatable connection. On the shop floor, that translates to fewer hot spots and less time spent checking terminals when you’d rather be running your process.
